MINERAL SPRINGS - Equestrian Estate

Our client wanted a backyard oasis on their equestrian estate to share with family and friends. The project was a blank space that was transformed into an “outdoor room” with a kitchen, fireplace, bathroom and pool.

WEDDINGTON, NC - Bromley Estates

Our client wanted a multi-use space for adults and kids, and wanted it to feel like a walk through a series of “outdoor rooms.” The rooms include an upper deck for a kitchen and table that sat 8. The lower gardens included a pool, a fire pit area, waterfall, café table for the kids and a playset.

CHARLOTTE, NC - Madison Park

Our client was looking for a more inviting front entry than the simple concrete path from the driveway. The goal was a simple and pleasant entry based on Feng Shu principles.

WAXHAW, NC - Waterfowl Sanctuary

The scope of this project was primarily focused on the grade of the yard down to the pond and the ensuing drainage issues. We designed a series of walls and sitting areas to break up the open space and also be able to better direct surface water flow.
